Terms of Service for United Diesel

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of United Diesel ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

United Diesel provides diesel engine repair, maintenance, and related automotive services at our Maryland location. All services are performed by certified technicians using industry-standard practices.

3. Estimates and Payments

  • All estimates are approximate and subject to change based on actual conditions found during service.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved business accounts.
  • A storage fee may be charged for vehicles left on our premises beyond 48 hours after service completion.

4. Warranty Information

United Diesel provides a 90-day/3,000-mile warranty on most parts and labor unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Pre-existing conditions not related to our service
  • Normal wear and tear items

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle information
  • Disclosing any known issues or previous repairs
  • Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
  • Picking up the vehicle in a timely manner after service completion

6. Limitation of Liability

United Diesel shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Maryland.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information only as necessary to provide our services. Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to process payments.

9. Changes to Terms

United Diesel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
